He put him on Fluctonase and cold medicine. Did not work. He went to an ENT who said he did not have any fluid in his ear. Diagnosed him with Tinitus and put him on Prednisone. Didn't … WebThe squealing only seems to happen when you have noise cancellation or transparency mode turned on. So I suspect it's a microphone feedback issue. Maybe Apple can fix this in a future software update. Definitely still happens to me even when transparency and noise canceling is off. : (.

Contacted support a couple of years ago when the issue first arose and they didn't have a clue. Was gonna junk these and ended up partially recovering due to this advice.
